MDP at GFxCon: Gluten Free eXpo & Conference

MDP will be taking part in the GFxCon: Gluten Free eXpo & Conference August 13th at Optima Camleview. The expo will be from 10am -7pm and will showcase great resources for healthy food, fitness, beauty and healthcare. The conference will also host mini-seminars all day on a variety of interesting topics that will enhance your healthy lifestyle. At the end of the day there will be an evening party and a VIP cocktail & dinner party for those who are lucky enough to register for the full VIP package. But make sure you register soon because space is filling up fast! Kirstin Carey of Nourish restaurant has done an amazing job organizing this event so I have no doubt it will be an informative and fun day for all attendees and I'm excited to be a part of it. I can answer any questions for those of you who have maybe heard about pilates but don't understand what it's all about or wonder if it would be appropriate exercise for you.
